I was quite comfortable in the room; it was well-equipped and very comfortable although it needs renovation. The service with WiFi was fabulous, friendly, and extremely helpful. The location was peaceful and quiet, a good size, with nice furniture but lacking windows. The dining experience was pretty average. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

The hotel has a nice decoration and views to tall trees but has a constant terrible smell. The service is commendable, especially the food in the bar/restaurant. The location is good for riding on the Pemberton Tram but far from the pub area. The dining experience is good with service exceeding expectations.
